Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Acclime, Crowe Singapore

The latest mergers, acquisitions and other corporate actions in the wealth management sector.

Acclime, Crowe Singapore
Acclime, a corporate services and advisory firm headquartered in Asia, has bought Crowe Singapore, an accounting and advisory practice located in the city-state. 

With this acquisition, Acclime will become one of the largest professional services firms in Singapore, it said in a statement this week. Acclime did not disclose how much it paid for the transaction.

Acclime has acquired regional firms in Hong Kong, Australia, and in New Zealand.

Crowe Singapore brings local expertise in assurance, tax, and advisory.

The combined organisation will serve local clients, regional enterprises, multinationals, funds, and family offices.

Acclime has more than 2,000 professionals. Acclime's co-founders are Martin Crawford, executive chairman, and Debby Davidson, co-founder, chief operating officer.
